Collection Orders and Timings
Important: Please note the following mandatory requirements regarding collection orders:
| Order reference | Customers must provide a valid order number upon collection |
| Order preparation | A minimum of 2 hours is required from order placement* |
| Order readiness | Customers may not collect an order until they have received verbal readiness confirmation |
| Collection order cut-off time | Collections orders can be placed until 12:00pm Mon-Fri for same day collection by 2:00pm sharp |
| Collection cut-off time | 2:00pm Mon-Fri |
| Late orders | Orders placed after 12:00pm will not be available to the next working day (pending order readiness) |
| Uncollected goods | 5 calendar days; after this, goods are removed from the collection area and transferred to returns |
* Customers may not collect an order until they have received a verbal readiness confirmation from the epco sales team.
