Delivery Options
In addition to our own fleet of delivery vehicles, epco delivers goods nationally and internationally utilising hauliers and third party carriers across the whole of the UK.
epco provides various delivery options including:

Delivery Weights
We offer delivery rates up to 500kg. If your order exceeds the maximum weight, please contact us for rates.
If you have not received your order 4 days from despatch date, please contact us so that we can follow up with our consignment partners. We will do our best to find out as much info as possible regarding your order. Do note that we have no control over consignee operations.
Delivery Despatches
Orders placed before 4:30pm, Monday - Friday are despatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 4:30pm, Monday - Friday are dispatched the next working day.
We do not despatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat/Sun) will be processed the following Monday*.
* epco will always be closed on bank holidays as well as over the Xmas period. We try our best to inform all existing customers regarding dates of closure.
Delivery Cancellation
epco reserves the right to cancel any orders placed online. If an order is cancelled before despatch, the customer will be notified and will be refunded 100%.
Delivery Credit / Refund
Whilst our carrier partners do their best to fulfil service requests, no credit / refund is available for missed services.
